Rental fees:

High Seasons

  • July-August, 600€/night (including VAT 10%)

  • Christmas-New Year, 800/night (including VAT 10%)

Mid Season

  • June 380€/night (including VAT 10%)

Low Season:

  • September-May, 300€/night (including VAT 10%)

Other details:

  • By request, long weekends, contact:

  • Reservation fee 50% of the total stay 4 weeks before arrival, 50% 1 week before arrival.

  • Security deposit 500€ that will be returned after the rental period. This is to cover possible damages.

  • Cleaning fee added to all rentals, 180€.

  • VIP Transportation to/from HEL airport and Helsinki downtown hotels by request.
